The incumbent is responsible for assisting in the overall upkeep, maintenance, and renovation of properties leased, owned, and/or operated by the HUD Board. Supervision and Direction: Under the supervision of the Facility Maintenance Worker, the incumbent performs tasks related to: Preventive maintenance and repairs of building systems Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC system upkeep Immediate and emergency repair response and system breakdown coverage
