About The Position
We're seeking a HubSpot Marketing Specialist to help clients implement, optimize, and enhance their existing HubSpot Marketing Hub environments. We work with many customers supporting their digital marketing initiatives with HubSpot as the backbone for success. These clients need an expert to refine data integrity, strengthen automation, and ensure version control across assets. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with HubSpot, detail-oriented, and enjoys improving marketing operations through automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience maintaining consistency and version control across HubSpot assets.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience optimizing HubSpot post-implementation.
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics.
- Understanding of B2B marketing or sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HubSpot Portals for clients, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
- Manage and track versions of HubSpot assets (emails, landing pages, workflows, templates) to maintain consistency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective HubSpot solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide HubSpot best practice guidance.
- Support and train staff on new HubSpot features and process updates as needed.
