About The Position

We are seeking a HubSpot-certified/proficient VA to help manage and optimize our client’s HubSpot operations. This long-term role is perfect for someone who loves launching campaigns, tracking results, managing workflows, and supporting customer care processes. You’ll be responsible for managing email campaigns, follow-ups, newsletters, and customer engagement while assisting the client with operational tasks. Disclaimer: This is a general overview of the position. Specific tasks and tools will be discussed in detail during the final interview.

Requirements

  • HubSpot certified or highly proficient in HubSpot (Marketing Hub, CRM, CMS Hub).
  • Experience managing email campaigns, analyzing engagement, and optimizing follow-up sequences.
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette, voicemail, and email communication.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam: Working webcam
  • Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage HubSpot email campaigns, monitoring clicks, opens, and engagement.
  • Make follow-up calls using client-provided scripts and cadences.
  • Manage the monthly newsletter: populate templates with relevant content and updates.
  • Assist with appointment setting, following up from lead nurturing sequences.
  • Make occasional cold/warm calls following up on email campaigns.
  • Answer and log incoming calls using the client’s phone system (up to 4 devices); typically 5–10 calls per day.
  • Check and filter emails, bringing urgent items to the client’s attention.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS Hub to assist with website-related updates or tasks.
