In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing HubSpot settings, workflows, automation, and integrations. You will maintain data integrity through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HubSpot will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will design, build, and optimize automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and service processes, as well as develop and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation strategies. Additionally, you will create and manage email templates, landing pages, forms, and other HubSpot assets. Reporting and analytics will involve developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders on HubSpot performance. Training and support will include providing training to users on HubSpot best practices and functionalities, creating and maintaining documentation for HubSpot processes and procedures, and managing integrations between HubSpot and other business systems to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization. You will also evaluate and implement new HubSpot features and stay updated with the latest HubSpot updates, features, and best practices.
