We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot Specialist with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Xgrid’s & clients’ HubSpot CRM, supporting campaign automation, and ensuring smooth data flow across marketing and sales. You'll also play a key role in maintaining data hygiene, building reports, and assisting with HubSpot-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of inbound marketing principles, technical proficiency within HubSpot tools, and the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure all campaigns, workflows, and CRM processes align with business objectives and customer expectations.
