About The Position
The Hub School Network Manager plays a critical role in the Surround Care Coalition plan through family and community engagement, planning and coordinating events, and sourcing partner and community resources among the network. This position is essential for increasing parent and family participation and meaningful engagement with the coalition and its partners, ultimately aiming to improve children's health equity and educational outcomes.
