About The Position

HUB International is offering a Summer 2025 Internship Program designed for college students looking to launch their careers in the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid internship will take place from June to August, providing hands-on experience in various teams such as Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, or Retirement & Private Wealth. Interns will work out of the Blue Bell, PA office and will be compensated at a rate of $22 per hour. The program emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities with industry leaders.

Requirements

• College students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
• A collaborative team player with a desire to help others.
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to engage with clients and communities across the United States.
• Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, data management, and assist in claims processing.
• Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
• Participate in workshops and training sessions to strengthen skills and industry knowledge.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
