About The Position

The HUB International Internship Program (HIIP) offers a full-time, paid 10-week internship designed for college students to explore career opportunities in the insurance brokerage industry. Interns will gain hands-on experience in various areas such as client service, sales, and policy administration while working closely with experienced professionals. The program emphasizes professional development, mentorship, and meaningful projects, providing a comprehensive introduction to the insurance landscape.

Requirements

• College students with an expected graduation date of Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks.
• A collaborative team player with a desire to help others.
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and contribute to tailored insurance solutions.
• Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and assist in claims processing.
• Conduct market analysis and research projects to provide valuable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates and findings.
