The HUB (CVG) Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Director of Maintenance and provides strategic and operational leadership for all aircraft maintenance activities at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) hub. This role ensures maintenance operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. As a key leader within airline operations, the Maintenance Manager is accountable for developing high-performing teams, driving operational reliability, and fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
