The HUB Coordinator position involves overseeing all hub operations at assigned facility locations, ensuring facilities meet customer standards for protection and security, and managing storage infrastructure for DDC fleet vehicles while accommodating APR vehicle needs. The role also encompasses vehicle operations and fleet coordination, including overseeing vehicle reception, coordinating maintenance schedules, implementing system updates, and monitoring vehicle uptime. Route planning and optimization are key, focusing on maximizing data collection effectiveness and continuously optimizing routes based on performance. Furthermore, the coordinator provides team support by assisting with administrative tasks, assigning daily shifts, supporting dispatch operations for multiple shifts seven days a week, monitoring personnel performance, facilitating training and onboarding, ensuring team qualifications, and handling conflict resolution. Data handling and quality assurance are also critical, involving orchestrating and monitoring data operations, managing secure transportation of recorded data storage media, and monitoring daily collection progress against targets. The coordinator is also responsible for providing regular operational reports to Project Managers, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively, reporting discrepancies, compiling performance metrics, and interfacing with senior management and client stakeholders.
