Lead the assigned spend with a short and medium-term compliant, resilient, and sustainable sourcing strategy to meet total cost of ownership and supply performance targets. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements in line with factory expectations to deliver price, lead time, and Terms & Conditions information, controlling its usage in local ERP systems. Define and mandate Supply Quality and Development team on Supplier Management activities. Collaborate with factories and BU/GPG/HBU stakeholders to support bidding, design to value (DtV), and R&D activities. Initiate projects to cut total cost of ownership and/or mitigate risks. Take ultimate accountability and approval authority, reviewing and ensuring the quality of the team's operations in accordance with Hitachi Energy, BU, and HBU regulations and procedures.
