About The Position

Mayo Clinic's Division of Healthcare Technology Management is seeking a candidate to join our growing and dynamic team as an HTM Systems Analyst specializing in Robotics Support. The successful candidate will provide essential product hardware and software support for the Mayo Clinic in Florida's robotics program, acting as a key advisor to clinical, administrative, and Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) leadership regarding autonomous robotics (AMR) technology. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of robotic systems that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. In this position, the candidate will work closely with key stakeholders and vendors to perform a variety of critical tasks. These include mechatronics troubleshooting and maintenance, robot commissioning and networking, orchestrating service events either internally or with external vendors, and assisting in the development of robotics programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive in driving progress in the implementation of both new and existing robotic technologies, requiring minimal guidance. A strong background in AMR or other robotics systems support is highly preferred, as this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the innovation and future of autonomous mobile robotics within the healthcare sector. The HTM Systems Analyst will independently manage multiple medium or single department-scale internal business projects from inception to closure. This includes resource management, risk identification and mitigation, quality assurance, and change control. The candidate will lead process improvement initiatives or the implementation of new business services, create and facilitate end-user training, and maintain proactive communication among business proponents, stakeholders, and IT leadership regarding project assignments. Additionally, the role involves contributing to the enhancement of established guidelines, tools, templates, and methodologies, as well as reporting departmental measurements and communicating metrics on activities. A broad general knowledge of information technology and institutional activities is essential, along with the ability to develop proposals that consider alternatives and business cases. The candidate will routinely interact with IT vendors and provide technical interpretation for required services, and may also lead process or quality improvement efforts.
