Requirements

  • Master's degree in applicable field and 2 years' experience or Bachelor's degree in applicable field and 4 years' experience.
  • Experience in information security, operational analysis, process change, electronic systems implementation, leadership, systems analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HTM department for all of Mayo Clinic locations including Phoenix, Arizona; Jacksonville, Florida; Rochester, MN and Mayo Clinic Health System.
  • Serve as a liaison between technology and the business including various oversight committees.
  • Understand industry standard information security concepts, Organizational Change Management, Project Management and Business Analysis.
  • Integrate multiple disciplines for strategic and operational planning.
  • Apply problem-solving methods, planning techniques, continuous improvement, project management, and analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Conduct information security assessments.
  • Collaborate with others to address security questions and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure appropriate treatment of cyber security risk and monitor compliance to Mayo's Information Security policies, processes and procedures.
  • Create, support, and evaluate security prototypes.
  • Administer Information Security processes and tools.
  • Create, coordinate, conduct and/or evaluate training courses within pertinent subject domain.
  • Draft policies, processes and procedures.
  • Manage a varied workload of projects with multiple priorities.
  • Stay current on information security, technology and healthcare trends.
  • Develop interpersonal skills including presentation, negotiation, influencing, team facilitation and written communications.
  • Effectively manage time.
  • Analyze and validate data including data collection, cleaning, analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage team reporting/analytics including designing and implementing a reporting system.
  • Utilize reporting and analytical tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Performance Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in ERP and/or other large database platforms.
  • Provide clear written and verbal reports.
  • Learn and implement new automation and AI technologies.
  • Develop innovative solutions for data analysis and reporting.
