HSSE Technician - 2nd Shift

Requirements
- HSSE field experience preferred, or at least 2 years in a manufacturing role with safety involvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized, self‑driven, and proactive in identifying improvements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Willing to travel up to 10% and work 2nd shift.
Nice To Haves
- HSE certifications and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and First Aid, CPR, or EMT training.
Responsibilities
- Support teams and supervisors in achieving top-tier HSSE performance.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and routine safety walkthroughs.
- Assist in incident investigations and root cause analysis efforts.
- Track, follow up, and close corrective actions.
- Promote safety awareness through training and campaigns.
- Participate in daily meetings and shift handovers to ensure alignment.
- Share ideas that improve HSSE programs and strengthen safety culture.
