About The Position

This temporary role offers the opportunity to directly influence the quality, compliance, and participant experience of a nationwide program serving unaccompanied children. You will lead quality assurance initiatives, assess program delivery, and collect participant feedback to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with monitoring and evaluation teams, you will help ensure programs exceed contractual and policy requirements while fostering the safety, well-being, and stability of children and families. The role combines field and remote responsibilities, with some domestic travel, and emphasizes collaboration, independent execution, and data-informed decision-making. Your work will have a tangible impact on vulnerable populations while supporting organizational goals and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, program compliance, or applied social research
  • Background in social services or non-profit sectors, with experience working with children, immigrants, or vulnerable populations highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of research methods, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with qualitative coding, data visualization, and report writing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Strong project management, time management, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, applied social sciences, or related field
  • Ability to meet special requirements including remote work setup, occasional travel, and successful completion of background and suitability checks

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies and procedures, integrating changes promptly into QA and M&E activities
  • Support the development, maintenance, and refinement of quality assurance tools, assessment frameworks, and data visualization methods
  • Collect, analyze, and track service delivery data to monitor compliance, highlight trends, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Conduct electronic QA activities, including file reviews, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and participant feedback calls
  • Collaborate with program teams to implement participant feedback tools, ensuring child-centered, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches
  • Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders, providing technical assistance, training, and guidance on QA and feedback processes
  • Ensure compliance with reporting protocols for suspected abuse and neglect and adhere to organizational risk mitigation standards
