About The Position
Farmington Country Club is looking for an accountable and resilient Public Area Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team in the Clubhouse Operations department. This full-time position reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is responsible for assisting with and supervising the night operations of our Housekeeping and Public Area teams. This role must have weekend availability and be able to work 3am -11pm. Who would make an excellent Public Area Supervisor at our Club? We are looking for someone who... Has strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills. Has professional and courteous communications skills. Is able to work well and lead under pressure. Is passionate about providing exceptional levels of service to our members, guests, and employees!
Requirements
- Have a current, valid driver's license or other reliable means of transportation.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Be able to stand for periods of up to four (4) hours.
- Be able to mobilize up and down stairs numerous times throughout the day.
- Be able to lift or carry up to thirty (30) pounds.
- Be able to maintain flexibility in their work schedule and adjust their schedule to meet the needs of the Club.
