About The Position
The RN New Grad Residency and Nurse Extern II program at HSHS St. Joseph's Hospital is designed for RN students graduating in Winter 2024. This program aims to facilitate the transition of new nurses into professional practice through a combination of classroom lectures, hands-on activities, and clinical scenarios, including simulation. Participants will receive support from a highly-skilled education team and will engage in monthly support sessions to enhance their clinical skills and strategies for success.
