About The Position

The HSET Advisor will interface with MSHA and State Mine Inspectors regarding
compliance with all aspects of health and safety under the direction of the HSET
Superintendent or the HSET Manager. This position will 
provide leadership and direction of the day-to-day safety requirements in the
surface and underground mining operations for Redpath Contracted Projects. The
HSET Advisor will be responsible for supporting operations and providing
guidance on the implementation of all RUSAC HSET procedures and policies, and
all applicable federal and state regulations, to facilitate Redpath’s Safety-
First, Last and Always practices
