About The Position

This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs based on project and operational needs. The Trainer III will create training plans, build curriculum, coordinate logistics, develop supporting materials, and deliver both instructor-led and e-learning courses. This person may also provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts and mentor lower-level trainers.
This position requires a strong background in training development and delivery, along with field experience and a strong safety mindset. Candidates with oil and gas experience and HSE/SHE training experience are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Strong experience with training curriculum creation and delivery required.
• Strong classroom/instructor-led training experience required.
• Safety and personnel management experience required.
• Oil & gas industry experience with an HSE/SHE training background required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.

Nice To Haves

• Field experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training plans based on project or topic specifications
• Create curriculum, lesson plans, supporting materials, and course logistics
• Conduct instructor-led classroom training presentations
• Develop and deliver e-learning courses
• Lead train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
• Update and improve existing training materials and programs
• Support training efforts in both office and field environments
• Travel throughout the Midland Basin area as needed
• Mentor and support lower-level trainers when applicable
