About The Position

Contango Resources, LLC, an operating subsidiary of Crescent Energy Company, is seeking an HSE Specialist to support our Oklahoma assets and fields while contributing to the advancement of the HSE function across the organization. The role involves optimizing late-in-life assets to produce hydrocarbons for US energy needs, ensuring a 'safety first' culture, and developing safety programs and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; additional educational qualifications are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated success advancing HSE initiatives through proper planning, prioritization, sound judgement, appropriate influence, and execution.

Responsibilities
