About The Position

The Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist, located in Midland, TX, is responsible for supporting all aspects of HSE compliance. This role involves sustaining safety strategies by identifying and analyzing occupational hazards and applying professional HSE safety knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position contributes to Dynasty's mission to be the #1 Wireline Services Company in the industry.

Requirements

7-10 Years Wireline Oil & Gas HSE Field Experience Required
Associate HSE Degree with CSP Certification from an accredited institution (consideration given)
HSE Wireline Explosive, Radiation, and HazMat experience required
Extensive knowledge in BATFE, ISO, NCMS, ISNet World, and OSHA
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and HSE Databases
U.S. Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in HSE preferred
Bilingual (English)

Responsibilities

Communicate HSE regulations as applied to the Wireline Oil & Gas Industry
Maintain OSHA, Explosives, Radiation, PPE, DOT/Non-DOT, and Environmental inspections and logs
Provide leadership management to meet OSHA, DOT, and Non-DOT compliance
Evaluate Occupational Safety policies and guidelines, recommending modifications
Administer risk management techniques
Develop safety policies and guidelines for loss prevention and risk control
Conduct safety meetings; OSHA and HSE compliance training
Provide guidance and regulatory interpretations with development programs, recommending improvements in the processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment to minimize hazardous potentials
Conduct incident investigations to find corrective actions for Near Misses and Root Causes
Manage field safety operations
Conduct field reviews supporting safety performance as an essential part of the day-to-day operations
