The Country HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental strategies across all company sites within the country. This role ensures compliance with national and international HSE regulations, minimizes risks, and promotes a culture of safety excellence. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the country-level HSE strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Promote a zero-incident safety culture, raising awareness and engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.).
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact studies.
  • Manage safety audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
  • Monitor workplace conditions, ensuring safe operations in manufacturing, logistics, and office environments.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact (waste management, energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction).
  • Monitor and analyze HSE KPIs, including incident rates, near misses, and environmental performance.
  • Develop and present HSE reports and action plans to senior management.
