The HSE Manager is responsible for leading systems, processes, and procedures that promote a positive safety culture, resulting in an injury-free and healthy workplace. This role involves collaboration with local leadership to execute all local, state, federal regulatory EHS requirements and company EHS programs. The position reports directly to the Site Manager and works functionally with regional EHS staff. Key responsibilities include supporting and fostering the safety culture, managing EHS activities, maintaining documentation, assessing facility programs, leading contractor safety efforts, managing various safety programs, participating in audits, leading incident investigations, and promoting EHS communications and training.
