As an HSE Manager at CAM Industrial Solutions, you will be responsible for implementing, administering, and maintaining health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs, policies, and procedures in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, CAM HSE standards, and customer safety requirements. Reporting functionally to the Corporate HSE Manager and at the site level to the CAM Site Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert, advisor, and key member of the Site Leadership Team. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify safety hazards, conduct inspections, drive compliance, and foster a culture of safety across all levels of site operations. The ideal candidate will balance time between the office and field to ensure active engagement in safety initiatives and program implementation. This is a temporary, full-time position, expected to last approximately 6 months or until project completion, following a standard turnaround schedule.
