We are seeking a manager level Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE)
professional to join the Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) team. This
individual will be a member of the Geneva Leadership Team, responsible for
driving HSE continuous improvement, compliance, and engagement within our
manufacturing sites. The role reports to the SME/HTS Sr. HSE Director and
manages a part-time nurse. 

As an HSE Manager, the successful candidate must be results driven and able to
develop strong relationships with the site manufacture leadership team.  The
candidate must be compliance focused and provide hands-on support to factories
with the ability to deploy continuous improvement through a strong MOS; to drive
goals, objectives, improve culture and behaviors. 

We are looking for a strong person and process leader, capable of managing,
coaching/mentoring factory supervision.
