About The Position
We are looking for an HSE Manager who will have the exciting opportunity to lead and drive an injury and environmental incident free culture in a fast-growing organization. Under the supervision of the Senior Director of HSE you will partner with the various RRNA teams, to ensure our projects are following all required programs and creating a positive environment for the safety of our employees, contractors, the environment, and RRNA's assets. It is required to establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal customers, contractors, and subcontractors, maintain awareness of project specific HSE needs and address these with the appropriate RRNA team. This role will preferably be based out of the RRNA corporate offices in Houston, RRNA has projects actively under construction and operations and travel to various project sites will be required, and occasionally on short notice due to any incidents. The applicant should expect travel to total approximately 50% of their time - on average. The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
