We’re looking for a passionate HSE Manager to help take our Indianapolis plant’s safety culture and compliance to the next level. Your Role You will support the MM Packaging Indianapolis Plant through the development and implementation of safety and security programs You will promote a positive HSE Culture within the assigned site You are passionate about leading a site Safety Committee, to ensure their training and complete required actions You will contribute to the shared understanding of Safety and react to trends in HSE performance across the plant You are committed to providing support for the evaluation of training needs and development/delivery of site-specific HSE training

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• minimum of 2-3 years experience in an HSE role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• required HSE related training and knowledge pertaining to the position

Responsibilities

• support the MM Packaging Indianapolis Plant through the development and implementation of safety and security programs
• promote a positive HSE Culture within the assigned site
