About The Position

Dresser Utility Solutions is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment Intern to join our team. The HSE Intern will support the Health, Safety & Environment team in a manufacturing environment by assisting with safety programs, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote a safe and efficient workplace.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field.
• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.2.
• Interest in manufacturing safety and regulatory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety inspections, audits, and hazard identification on the production floor
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Help maintain OSHA, environmental, and safety documentation
• Participate in job safety analyses (JSAs) and risk assessments
• Support safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives
• Assist with tracking safety metrics and reports
• Collaborate with operations and engineering on safety improvements.
