About The Position
The position primarily involves working in the field, dedicating 90% of the time to unit operations and 10% to office tasks. The role requires close collaboration with the B&R Site Manager and/or HSE Supervisor to uphold B&R Core Values and Client Core Values. Responsibilities include creating and delivering HSE training modules, maintaining employee training matrices, coordinating training sessions, and participating in safety audits and meetings. The individual will also contribute to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
