About The Position
As the HSE Advisor at Surge, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system. Your role will involve developing strategies to drive HSE initiatives, guiding leadership in implementation and evaluation, and ensuring continuous improvement in safety performance across the organization. This position requires designing and delivering training programs, managing emergency response protocols, conducting incident analyses, and integrating HSE learnings into daily operations.
