The HSE Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of CAM’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System. This position is responsible for driving HSE excellence across project sites by conducting audits, training, risk assessments, and incident investigations. The HSE Advisor works closely with clients, subcontractors, and site teams to align safety practices and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and CAM’s safety standards. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for cultivating a culture of safety. This is a temporary, full-time position (approx. 6 months or until project completion) following a standard turnaround schedule.
