About The Position

SUMMARY: Under limited supervision, the Supervisor, Mobile Van Services functions as the lead of a Mobile Van Services team and oversees technicians to ensure their work is performed effectively. The Supervisor is involved in team decisions, hiring, training, and is required to make sure the team follows all SOP’s, KPI’s and Lean Six Sigma programs. JOB DUTIES Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth. Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer’s expectations and requirements. Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job. Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties. Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely. Assists Manager and/or Account Specialist in customer surveys and is able to review jobs for quotes. Reports to Sales Manager sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Works closely with local HSC Branch Manager and support staff to ensure a smooth operational flow of production and inventory needs. Performs other duties as directed and assigned by Management EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Typically requires an associate's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
