The Director of School Operations is the school's leader of operations. The DSO manages and is responsible for all non-instructional systems and staff allocated to the school and is required to be on-site daily. The role encompasses various responsibilities including people management, finance and purchasing, attendance, academic support operations, student recruitment/enrollment, technology management, event planning, community partnership, compliance, and ensuring smooth school operations.
