ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. You will participate in our award-winning training program and join a dynamic sales team that collaborates with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions. Your efforts will contribute to making employees' lives better through high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Daily responsibilities will include cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, setting appointments, gathering leads from established internal partners, and assessing buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, documenting each stage and ensuring a smooth implementation of the solutions you sell.
