The Office Assistant (OA) is a student staff member in Housing & Residence Life and part of the University’s Division of Student Affairs. The OA serves a critical role in providing high-level customer service, administrative support, and assistance with daily office operations. This position helps ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for students, families, and campus partners. Office Assistants report to the Housing Assignments team and work closely with professional and student staff members across Housing & Residence Life.
