About The Position

As part of the Human Resources Team, the HRIS (Workday) Coordinator is responsible for data integrity in the organization's Workday, HRIS, and supporting systems. Workforce data includes employee information, position details, licensure/certification status, and organizational structure. This role will coordinate and triage Workday tickets and serve as a contact for Tier 1 support in our HR Solutions Center by fielding questions and providing education through job guides or one-on-one training. The HR Coordinator will perform accurate data reporting for various stakeholders and auditing the HR system of record regularly and on-going. Strong attention to detail is needed for complete dashboards, surveys, benchmarks, and compliance reporting. This role will support the maintenance of templates, training documents, data entry, and Workday HRIS system support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within Human Resources as an assistant providing support for system testing, implementation, and release support.
