Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in the area of HR, Business, Accounting, or IT is preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4 Years of HRIS experience, including core table structure, interface layouts, and system implementation
  • Experience with ADP Time and Attendance and ADP Reporting required
  • Experience with ADP Vantage preferred
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks/projects/deadlines independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
  • Set priorities, meet deadlines, and multitask with minimal supervision while maintaining organization and preserving strict confidentiality of all information.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interact in a professional manner with various levels within the Organization
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Manage multiple projects and fluctuating workload with flexibility to assist in other tasks as assigned.
  • Must have solid Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel level (vlookup, pivot, formulas, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Generate, review, and distribute various Timecard audit reports such as Missed Punches and Daily Excess Hours
  • Identify potential errors through missed punch reports and proactively work with managers and regional HR representatives on corrections and/or any patterns or concerns regarding timekeeping policies.
  • Ensure timecards accurately capture time for PTO, Holiday periods, and other less frequent events.
  • Assist with managing Schedules in the Time systemW55
  • Compile and analyze time and attendance data and maintain all related reports and supporting documents.
  • Review employee setup in Time, such as Time Profile, employee status, and manager assignment for data integrity; and communicate discrepancies, such as alternate work schedule patterns, to Human Resources
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to time keeping, including PTO balances and research as needed
  • Set up Time manager access groups as needed
  • Provide continuous training to employees and managers to maintain adherence to timekeeping practices.
  • Maintain job aids and knowledge base articles related to the time-keeping system
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and governing federal and state laws
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and government regulations
  • Reconcile Vacation/Sick/PTO balances between Payroll and Time and calculate accrual balance adjustments as needed.
  • Design and generate timekeeping reports as well as troubleshoot report issues
  • Assist with maintaining the configuration and development of ADP Vantage system, including testing, training, and supporting the stages to upgrade, develop, and build a new process.
  • Act as liaison between users (functional requirements), technical support personnel (technical capabilities/performance aspects), and ADP support.
  • Analyze any system failure within ADP Vantage modules and interfaces that may limit performance and develop corrective action.
  • Work with end-users to re-design business processes to streamline and/or automate existing processes.
  • Work with HRIS Team to create and maintain custom interfaces between different internal and external systems.
  • Review and document processes and assess recommendations for new solutions, improvements, and/or enhancements to existing company or HR related processes and procedures via the use of technology.
  • Identify and track system or related process issues, including documenting contingencies that occur during the entire course for a proper audit trail of resolution.
  • Ensure system configuration changes are tested and documented according to internal audit controls before changes are applied to production.
  • Assist with documenting processes and training manuals to develop proper backup support.
  • Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned by Management
