The HRIS Systems Consultant owns and leads HR data and system related activities for the global People Data Management team. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee data to support core HR processes, reporting, and strategic decision-making. As the Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME), the consultant provides guidance on data operations, leads Tier 2 support including issue resolution, and ensures compliance through audit support and data governance. In addition, this position will have direct supervision and mentorship of up to 2 junior HRIS Analysts.
