The HRIS System Administrator will serve as a key technical partner in the management and optimization of Workday. This role supports the day-to-day operation and drives configuration improvements, ensures data accuracy, and partners with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for continuous improvement. The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team is part of the Human Resources organization. The HRIS team is responsible for the administration, and optimization of HR technology platforms, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient management of employee data and HR processes.
