About The Position

If so, Interfor wants you on our HRIS team to transform how we use HR technology. In this role, you'll: Turn Problems into Solutions - Spot inefficiencies, rethink processes, and configure systems to work smarter, not harder. Automate & Integrate - Build seamless connections between HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management systems, reducing manual work. Keep Systems Running Smoothly - Troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and enhance HR platforms like UKG WFM, ADP WFN, or Cornerstone OnDemand. Make Complex Things Simple - Translate business needs and labor policies (including CBAs) into intuitive system configurations. Shape the Future of HR Tech - Work with HR, IT, and vendors to implement new tools, upgrades, and best practices. This role will require you to be on-site at our Peachtree City office at least 4-days a week, with flexibility as needed.
