The Reporting and Analytics Architect serves as a subject matter expert across multiple HRIS and analytics platforms, leading large-scale reporting and analytics projects, aligning data solutions with HR and business strategy, and acting as the escalation point for complex analytics and reporting issues. This role drives the enterprise’s analytics vision, ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years as an HRIS and analytics subject matter expert, leading large-scale reporting initiatives, aligning data solutions with HR and business strategies, and serving as the escalation point for complex analytics issues to drive enterprise-wide, data-driven decision-making.
Advanced data storytelling skills, with the ability to interpret trends, outliers, and root causes across multiple factors like: attrition, hiring, representation, and DEI metrics, and to recommend prescriptive actions through predictive and forecast analytics.
Strong executive reporting capabilities, including developing QBR presentations, board-ready insights, key takeaways, and action-oriented recommendations.
Technical expertise in Tableau, Python, and ML scripting for data processing, visualization, and decision support.
Strong ability to work in ambiguity as a self-starter who can independently develop metrics packages for QBRs and board decks from undefined problem statements.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support high-quality decision-making.
