About The Position
The HRIS Payroll Lead will support the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Workday Payroll application. As a Workday payroll subject matter expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring US payroll, payroll-related data, optimize Workday payroll processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests & validations. As a team lead, we are looking for talent that is recognized as an expert in the payroll space. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to manage large projects or process with limited oversight from manager. Ability to interpret internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices. Solves difficult and often complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.
