About The Position
The HRIS Manager - Global Systems and Strategy is responsible for leading PeopleSoft HCM's operations-focusing on Payroll, Benefits Administration, and General Ledger-while also spearheading the Workday transformation. This role shapes HR system strategy, ensures regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and manages a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global, and acquisition-driven environment.
