About the position

We are hiring immediately for a HRIS Analyst in Arlington, TN. In this role you will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from the ground up. A strong candidate will have a background within the automotive and / or electronics manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of HR data analytics and systems strategies to support the organization's human resources objectives and initiatives.
  • Configure, optimize, and maintain HRIS business processes to support efficient workflows across HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement seamless system integrations and data solutions.
  • Develop and execute HRIS strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring system functionality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources, including HRIS, performance management systems, employee surveys, and other relevant data sets.
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights within HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports and dashboards using tools such as PowerBI, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast HR metrics, such as employee turnover, retention, and workforce demographics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR data governance, data quality, and data management processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Directly manage HRIS Consultants and Contractors.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in HR data analytics and data visualization.
  • Completes other special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR data analytics, HRIS analysis/management, or a related role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Previous manager experience helpful, but not required.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Certification in PowerBI is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data findings and insights to diverse audiences, including senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and experience working with large-scale HR data sets is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent computer skills including intermediate to advanced Excel (and Microsoft Office Suites).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills (verbal/written).
  • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision; Ability to handle challenging situations and meet deadlines; and Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
