This pivotal role is responsible for supporting and maintaining our HR systems, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of business processes and workflows. The HRIS Manager will drive the functionality and effectiveness of our HR systems, including compensation programs, performance reviews, benefits administration, payroll, and reporting efforts. This role emphasizes data analysis and the development of critical reports and dashboards for the organization. Additionally, the HRIS Manager will address employee issues, support communication programs, enhance organizational effectiveness, and assist in employee relations training programs and initiatives.
