The next frontier is AI and its new capabilities. In this context, the People Tech & Systems team has the core mission to support the technology needs of the People org functions. We aspire to make it better to be a Rioter by creating seamless experiences via improved processes, systems and data. That's where you come in: As the Manager of Recruiting and Vendor Management Systems, you will be responsible for the team managing solutions in this space (e.g. Greenhouse, VNDLY, and any other tools/technologies in support of the Recruiting function and External Workforce Program) which work in concert with our core HCM system, Workday. You will also play a key role in supporting the Workforce Planning process from a systems perspective, managing and optimizing Workforce Planning tools (e.g. tools like Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan or Vena) to enable data-driven headcount and capacity planning. You will be a strategic partner to People teams in order to implement and optimize systems and processes that ensure business agility and a seamless, intuitive user experience. You will be responsible for defining and driving the technical strategy to support business needs, including systems architecture, integrations, data and process integrity, end user training, and effective and efficient customer service. You will report to the Senior Manager of People Technology and Systems.
