About The Position

The HRIS Manager collaboratively leads the functional administration and data management of the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) system, understands enterprise HR processes, and drives resolution of complex issues. This role will act as the primary liaison between HR and IT to ensure HCM solutions support business needs and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 4 years related work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in HCM system administration and support with progressively responsible roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and how they translate into enterprise system requirements.
  • Strong understanding of position control and the structure of HR master data.
  • Experience with HCM modules including but not limited to Talent, Compensation, HRIS, and Recruiting.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • 2 years' leadership experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of HR Business System Analysts responsible for processes, testing, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on core HR and workforce structures, talent management and employee experience, and shared configurations between HCM, Payroll, and ERP.
  • Lead efforts related to position control and HR master data management, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with organizational structure, job architecture, and workforce planning.
  • Lead change activities involving Oracle HCM operations, including communicating with and training HR staff.
  • Evaluate and approve configuration and release items.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on system implications when evaluating new or evolving HR business processes and policies.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance stakeholders to understand cross-divisional impacts to HCM changes.
  • Maintain documentation and process guides.
  • Monitor quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud releases to evaluate new features and determine the impact to configuration, user experience, and compliance as well as alignment with strategic HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate heavily with IT Enterprise Services to optimize HCM performance and prioritize system enhancement.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of upgrades, testing, data validation, and implementation tasks in partnership with IT.
  • Oversee application support for Oracle HCM modules by proactively resolving user errors, identifying root causes, and improving long-term stability.
  • Other duties as assigned.
