About The Position

DriveTime Family of Brands is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to Creating Opportunities and Improving Lives. We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, and system optimization. The HRIS Intern will be responsible for things like: Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases. Support HR data entry, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HR teams for resolutions. Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend process improvements. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR systems. Assist in employee onboarding, system training, and documentation. Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency.

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
  • You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of logical reasoning, including the ability to work through if/then conditions and decision-based workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS platforms, and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in HR technology, data management, and system optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Java preferred
