We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, and system optimization. The HRIS Intern will be responsible for things like: Assist in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases. Support HR data entry, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and HR teams for resolutions. Conduct research on HR technology trends and recommend process improvements. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all HR systems. Assist in employee onboarding, system training, and documentation. Support HR projects related to automation, compliance, and process efficiency.
