About The Position

The HRIS / HRMS Analyst will administer, enhance, and support HR systems, particularly focusing on Workday and Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) systems. This role is crucial as it serves as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements related to time and attendance management.

  • Hands-on experience with time clock/attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Manage time clock infrastructure for time and attendance.
  • Configure and maintain Time & Labor modules.
