About The Position

The HRIS Functional Analyst will perform and evaluate all HR functions within the HRIS system while partnering with our dynamic HR team. The incumbent is responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes, and contributing to system upgrades and enhancements. As a key member of the HR team focusing on the HRIS system, the incumbent will work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to provide ongoing system support, ensure data accuracy, and drive improvements to enhance overall HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field - required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of Human Resources generalist experience - required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working with HRIS system(s), preferably Workday - required.
  • Experience actively contributing to HRIS integrations and data migration - required.
  • Current knowledge of HR best practices and experience in HR process design - required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field - preferred.
  • Workday HCM certification(s) or willing to obtain within one (1) year of hire date - preferred.
